Before explaining how to use Memoji on WhatsApp I have to give you some preliminary information on this.

In fact, you should know that the Memoji They are stickers that represent animals or other entities and that trace expressions facial, such as a smile or a laugh. These can also be created in your own image and likeness. They are available "standard" in the iPhone equipped with iOS 13 (or later) and in iPad endowed with iPadOS.

Respecto a Android, on the other hand, solutions similar to Memoji are available by default only on some mobile phone models, such as the latest Samsung, thanks to the functionality Emoji AR. On all the different Android models, however, in order to use them, you must have created them through third-party apps.

Having said that, in the following lines of this guide I will explain how to use the Memoji that you have previously created, showing you how to proceed from iPhone, Android and PC.

How to use Memoji on Whatsapp on iPhone

that Memoji The default iPhone, or those created in your own image and likeness, can be sent to friends via the chat Whatsapp, using the keyboard iOS virtual default.

That said, to be successful, start the Whatsapp that you downloaded to your «iPhone by», locate the user you want to send the Memoji to, through the section Charla and press their name to start the dedicated conversation.

At this point, touch the text field dedicated to sending messages to open the virtual keyboard. Then press world map icon and, on the screen that appears, touch clock icon, to see all recently used emoticons.

Now swipe left to see the Memoji frequently used, then to send them, touch one of the displayed ones. Alternatively, click on the icon (...), to open the panel called Memoji Stickers and see the full list of all the others Memoji that can be shipped.

How to use Memoji on Whatsapp on Android

As mentioned in the previous chapter, until Android solutions similar to Memoji are available 'standard' on select models only, such as the latest mobile phones Samsung, where the maker app called Emoji AR, specifically dedicated to the creation and customization of these stickers.

In all other Android models, however, in order to create them and, therefore, be able to use them accordingly, it is necessary to use third-party applications, such as Bitmoji or Wemoji: tools that I talked about in detail in my guide dedicated to the topic or the one dedicated to creating custom stickers.

That being said, if you already have them or if you have created them using one of the solutions listed above, you can use them in Whatsapp referring to the directions I'm going to give you.

To get started, start the Whatsapp that you have downloaded to your device and locate, through the section Charla, the person you want to interact with.

Then touch your name to open the dedicated private conversation, then press the emoticon icon located in the text field below.

Once this is done, press Memoji icon added, to see all the stickers that you have previously imported (via the [+] ), in the WhatsApp stickers menu ( leaf icon ). Finally, to send the Memoji in the chat, you just have to touch the one of your interest.

Also, in case an iOS user sends Memoji in the chat of WhatsappYou can also save them in your favorites, to be able to use them in turn. In this case, keep your finger pressed on the sticker in question and touch the star icon that appears at the top.

The saved Memoji are in the same section that I told you about in the previous lines, since they are visible in the tab Favorites ( the star icon ) located in the WhatsApp stickers section (the bed sheet ).

How to use Memoji on Whatsapp on PC

Purposes Whatsapp from a PC, through its official desktop client or via Web WhatsApp? In this case, you should know that, in this specific case, the Memoji can only be used if they have been previously imported as stickers within the WhatsApp application.

However, this operation is only possible in Android where, thanks to the help of third-party applications dedicated to creating them but also importing, such as Wemoji, it is possible to create custom stickers. In iPhone However, this is not possible as Memoji is not a function that is directly integrated into WhatsApp (you can only create stickers).

That said, in order to use Memoji in WhatsApp Web or in the WhatsApp client destkop, access by scanning the QR Code with the mobile phone, to see the active chats on the PC, in mirror.

At this point, locate the conversation of your interest and click on the name of the user you want to chat with. Then press emoticon icon and then leaf icon, to open the stickers menu.

Identify, therefore, the Memoji previously added and, finally, click on the one you want to use, to send it in the chat.
